Onze hoogste kwaliteit Japanse matcha: ceremoniële graad, schaduwgerijpt en op steen vermalen tot een fijn poeder. Diepgroen, fluweelzacht, met natuurlijke umami en nauwelijks bitterheid. De combinatie van L-theanine en milde cafeïne geeft rustige focus — een eeuwenoud ritueel in één kom.

Bereiding: Zeef 1–2 g in een kom, voeg ±70 ml water van 70 °C toe en klop met een bamboe garde tot een romig schuim, dan voeg het in uw melk , eiwit shake of water toe.
